6/7/10 - Custom contact fields/CRM
You can now create your own custom contact fields to store additional information about contacts using the 'Custom contact fields' option underneath the contacts menu option. Any custom contact fields added are displayed on the contacts screen and can also be added to web forms. Please contact us if you have any queries.
6/7/10 - Advanced contact search facility
It is now possible to make complex queries against your contacts' records using a new option underneath the contacts menu option called 'Advanced contact search'. You can create complex queries to extract data such as 'find all contacts whose postcode begins with NW2'. Please contact us if you would like further details and a demonstration.
19/4/10 - New menu/navigation bar control
A new menu control, which is designed to work smoothly and correctly across all browsers, has replaced the old one.
13/4/10 - New user interface controls
A number of pages have been upgraded to incorporate the latest user interface controls. These include new calendar selection controls on the event page and an automatic email filtering control on the contact search page.
30/3/10 - Upgraded HTML editor
The HTML editor for creating HTML emails has been upgraded. The new version is smoother, faster loading, compatible with newer browsers and has a more extensive set of features. Please call us if you would like an overview.
22/3/10 - Updated test email
The test email has been updated to now include the full footer, header (assuming that ##footer## and ##header## have been included in the email) and full working links for web forms and events. The unsubscribe and HTML version links are displayed as links but will only work on a full campaign.
16/3/10 - Automatic creation of a web page version of the email
To create a web version of the email being sent that can be linked to from the email, simply populate the header and footer fields on the configuration page. Insert these on to the email using ##header## and ##footer##. A correpsonding web page will then be created that can be linked to by inserting ##webversionlink## as the URL on any link. 19/1/10 - Stopping a campaign that's currently being sent
It is now possible to stop, and amend, a campaign that is currently being sent or due to be sent. To do so, simply select the campaign on the campaign summary stats page and click the stop button at the top of the page. You can then either amend and re-send the remaining emails or delete the remaining emails that haven't been sent.

17/8/09 - Credit card payments for events
We have added a credit card payment facility, via PayPal, for events that are chargeable. Please call us if you wish to make use of this facility.
10/8/09 - New report available
Under the contacts menu there is a new option for 'Large email domains'. This generates a list of the large email domains and web mail providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo, GMail etc. and the % of emails.
13/7/09 - User action log
Users who have manager or higher access rights can now view a log of actions performed by other users on the system over the last month. It is available under the admin menu option.
17/6/09 - Unsubscribe links
A new method of inserting unsubscribe links into HTML emails is now in place. Simply insert a link into the email and use ##unsubscribe## for the link reference. For example <href="##unsubscribe##>unsubscribe text</a>. The old method of just inserting ##unsubscribe## still works but will be withdrawn in future versions.
18/5/2009 - Menu items in IE8
If using IE8 to access the admin area, you will need to switch to compatability view to see the drop down menu items. To switch to compatability view, go to the tools menu item and select compatability view. As soon as a service pack update is released by Microsoft to fix the issue, we will implement it.
18/5/2009 - Data capture and survey module now live
Our new data capture and survey modules are now live. The data capture module is ideal for custom data capture applications such as competitions, online orders, catalogue requests etc. Please contact us if you would like a demonstration.
27/4/2009 - SMS broadcasts

20/4/2009 - Event booking and management module now live

8/3/2009 - Modifications to create campaign screen
It is now possible to specify the from name on the create campaign screen. It is also possible to avoid the HTML editor when pasting in HTML code. This is for those clients that need to ensure the HTML code they paste in is not altered in anyway by the HTML editor. For most users we recommend that you continue to paste any external HTML code into the HTML editor.
23/2/2009 - Google Analytics tracking
Google Analytics link tracking has been added to the email system so you can now track your campaign through into your web site using Google Analytics. This is currently in BETA so we would appreciate any feedback customers may have.
10/2/2009 - Multiple tracked links
The email system will now track an unlimited number of unique links within an email. Previously the system tracked up to a maximum of 10. Detailed link statistics are reported on the campaign detail stats page.
2/12/2008 - Personalised links
It is now possible to personalise links with an email campaign. This would be used, for example, if a link needed to include the customers unique information such as customer number or email.
To incorporate personalisation within links simply follow the standard personalisation format of ##field##. An example of a personalised link using the email field would be http://www.domainname.com/page.aspx?email=##email##. Each email sent would replace ##email## with the actual email address of the customer. All personalised links are still fully tracked.
2/12/2008 - Custom fields
Two new fields have been added to each customers profile, customfield1 and customfield2. These fields can be seen on any customers record. The intention is that these are used to store data unique to your organisation for each customer, for example usernames or customer order numbers.
To upload cusome field data simply use the upload facility as you would normally but include a column with the heading customfield1 and/or a heading with customfield2.
20/11/2008 - Create a new campaign from a sent campaign.
A feature has been added which will allow you to create a new campaign based on a sent campaign. At the bottom of the 'campaign detail stats' page for a campaign is a link which will do this.
18/11/2008 - Schedule a campaign for sending.
Some of you will have noticed that there is a new option on the 'create email campaign' screen to set the date and time to send a campaign. This facility allows you to send a campaign in the future rather than immediately.
To make use of this feature just use the email system as you would normally but include a date and time to send. The list of campaigns will show your campaign but with zero emails sent. Once the date and time is reached to send your campaign, the system will automatically send it.
If you change your mind about sending the campaign before it is sent, simply view the campaign details stats for it and delete the campaign. All queued emails will also be deleted.
